Went to the ee store yesterday in stamford unfortunately I didn't get the gentleman's name but I do recognise him from previous times going in store, but the help he gave me was exceptional, nothing was to much trouble for the gentleman he really went above and beyond to help me choose the perfect new phone with a great deal. He was very helpful and kind. Definitely deserves a payrise I came out fully satisfied

Here now been waiting for an hour, not looking likely that things are moving on at all quickly, 3 people behind me in the queue.. you need more staff. I?d suggest seeing if there?s a pattern of customers coming in and set up staff for busier times. I don?t think there?s any other purchase or problem solving store or go to point that is as slow as this!

Awful. I've been to this store 3 times just to pick up a delivery and I've waited 30 mins plus every time. Had to give up again because the staff ignore you and spend the whole time chatting with the pensioners.

Today... Marc was incredible with me. He spent around 60 mins with me explaining in simple terms ( I'm older generation. So I find it all difficult) the best options for my needs.I can not recommend EE in Stamford highly enough.Thank you Marc.

What can I say. Went in and was met by the manager. I honestly can't remember when I went somewhere and the staff were as good as his. I'm a thicko so need my phone set up. It was not a prob for him.... and very clued up with not just the product they sell but how to treat yr customers. Its a case of respect all round. A great service. Topman. Shame he supports man u tho!!!! Haha
