Here now been waiting for an hour, not looking likely that things are moving on at all quickly, 3 people behind me in the queue.. you need more staff. I’d suggest seeing if there’s a pattern of customers coming in and set up staff for busier times. I don’t think there’s any other purchase or problem solving store... read full comment

Awful. I've been to this store 3 times just to pick up a delivery and I've waited 30 mins plus every time. Had to give up again because the staff ignore you and spend the whole time chatting with the pensioners.
