We went to look at small appliances however the range on the website were not in store abd where was hardly any of thr product we wanted, fruit juicer machines infact I dont recall them having any. It's a small branch i think compared to others but sometimes you want to see a product in real life so made a purchase elsewhere, the staff did ask us if we needed help but more or less shop online :/

Decent branch, sizeable and good range of products with plenty of parking. The staff are friendly, mostly attentive and eager to help and serve (not so much for supervisors and the odd ataff member). The shop floor staff will quickly let you be to browse until you need their assistance - which I like. Somenof the counter staff need to learn to engage with eye contact... I went in to collect ab online purchase and one staff member went to retrieve my item, the other was talking with head set on and zero engagement with me, until I realised he wasn't talking to a customer on the phone it was me, but because he was looming 45 degrees away from me I had no way of knowing.

Do not trust staff here - arrived home from holiday to find letters from two phone contracts taken out in the Stamford store by an individual who used my details. Curry?s signed up 2 x 24 month phone contracts c/w credit checks without any form of identification, only my address details. When I visited the store to point out the FRAUD they could not care less and be any more unhelpful and the Manager shrugged his shoulders and said we can?t do anything. It even states on the curry?s website identification has to be shown to take out any form of contract - clearly not in Stamford! Avoid at all costs!!!

Don?t ever buy from this store! If the product is faulty and they can?t replicate the fault in store they do not give you or money back or offer an exchange. My husband left the microwave in there so they now have the faulty item and our money! Thanks curry?s this is obviously how you have managed to do so well with your company by ripping people off. My overall experience with Currys has been negative. They messed up an order and left me in the dark with no item and no refund. From calls, online chats, posts on Facebook, and store visits to chase up the issue it took multiple weeks to resolve. Only one guy in store was helpful and did his best to try and fix it, but the manager didn't seem to care. Never again will I deal with Currys.

Online it will say they have it in stock at the store but then turned up and don't even keep them in stock anymore! But someone was helpful with ordering it to be delivered to my home. Ring before going for something specific to find our if they have it, I went for laptop RAM

Felt like a criminal when I returned a coffee machine that was faulty, they wouldn't give me my money back, only offered a replacement after lots of discussions, they implied I was the one who caused the fault. I had the machine less than two days.

Our experience with the purchase of our new cooker was very good from the visit to the shop in Stamford to the removal of our old cooker and the installation of the new one by Darren Reid who was very pleasant and fitted it quickly and very professionally. We have no reservations about recommending Curry?s.
