Hugely disappointed with the investment we made with Classic. The aluminium sliding doors we ordered were not installed correctly and leaked at the top and sides, ruining our brand new flooring we had installed in our dining room. Communication has been poor and only a token gesture of compensation offered which wouldn't even cover the cost of electricity we used making the team teas and coffees whilst they were installing the doors.

We've had a great experience with Classic. We need 2 of our windows replacing and Alex came out to quote. He was really helpful & informative with our options. And very patient with us. The team that fitted the windows got in touch very promptly once we made our decision & came out within a few weeks. Great service from start to finish & we're really happy with our new windows. We'll definitely be using Classic again.

We decided to upgrade our conservatory roof, front door plus some other small jobs. We asked Classic Stamford to provide a quote for the lot, even though they weren't the cheapest we had confidence in them to do a first class job, which they did!Everyone who represented them (in all the different rolls) were a credit to the company and we'd have no hesitation in recommending them and the varied work they do.

Just had a new conservatory roof which was quite an investment. So worried about falling foul of a cowboy. This company is as far away from that as you could possibly get. The whole team is exceptional from first contact with Alex to the final fix electrician. I would not hesitate to 100% recommend them.

A great company to deal with. Answered questions speedily and the guys who did the improvements were friendly, efficient and punctual. They even kept the kitchen clean while using it for tea and coffee! We would commission them again for other work.

We recently had Bi Fold doors fitted, from initial appointment to fitting, the service has been brilliant. There was no hard sell from Alex the sales advisor he listened to what we wanted and a couple of days later we were emailed a very competitive quote.Installers were polite and professional cleaning up any debris/dust before leaving. The doors are fab. Excellent service 5*

Delivery slightly later than quoted ? but honestly who?s judging as the process ran over Christmas during a global pandemic. Recently Duncan & Alex of Classic Stamford came to my house and fitted a new front and back door. They were punctual, polite, hard working and extremely professional. Very disappointing. I feel that the product I was sold was not appropriate for my application which became clear when the fitting was so terrible. They tell me that for these aluminium windows the Georgian bars on the inside do not come all the way to the frame which looks terrible and ridiculous. If I had known this at the time of ordering I would not have gone ahead. The only credit I can give (faint praise) is that the second fitter did try hard to make it look as good as possible. The bars are just stuck on afterwards and I am sceptical about how long they will last. I am still trying to get all the glue off the glass from the glue sticking the bars and the tape put on them to hold them in place while the glue dried. Also delivery was late and it was only when I chased after the promised 12 weeks that anything happened - no communication before then from them. Cracked and scratched glass originally installed had to be replaced. Windows ordered in May have just now (22 November) been completed. Cannot recommend.
