Absaloutely disgusting and appalling service , took over a hour for the food to arrive which was stone cold and not eatable , got onto chilli hut and foodhub for a refund as £28 worth of food just gone in the bin , had nothing but abuse from them , stay clear and go elsewhere Disgusting behaviour

**Disastrous Experience with Chilli Hut, STAMFORD**
I recently ordered food from Chilli Hut in STAMFORD through Foodhub. To my utter disbelief, the order was immediately cancelled. When I contacted the restaurant directly, I was met with appalling customer service. The staff blamed Foodhub for the cancellation and completely dismissed my complaint. We are based in Oakham, yet they're on foodhub! Sort it out!
It's clear from the other reviews I've read that this is a recurring issue. It's astonishing that a business can operate with such blatant disregard for its customers. I strongly advise anyone considering ordering from Chilli Hut to think twice. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration.
Avoid at all costs!
Contact foodhub, and sort out your radius, you unprofessional.....

Pizza missing bolognaise, jacket potato dry and overly salty, garlic bread soggy and burnt (obviously reheated). Delivery was an hour past estimated time, driver told me he was close and still had to wait 20/25 mins for him to turn up. Food overpriced for the quality you receive, won?t be ordering again unfortunately.
Update: the donner meat gave my partner an upset stomach!! Avoid this place if you care about your health!

Giving 1 start due to the bad service!Our order arrived wrong, a hot burger instead of regular burger called the takeaway and they didn?t do or offer anything - if your order right the food is nice and enjoyable but if it?s wrong your going to be left hungry with their service, a let to an otherwise ok takeaway

Very over priced! food less than adequate x4 bits of chicken overloaded with rice £10 although menu says £7.50? It comes mashed up, so you don't spot the x4 bits of chicken until you dish it up, They don't do complimentary poppadoms or mango sauce anymore, rip off! will never order from there again!!

I have ordered from here many times, but do be careful and check your orders. Very often I will have cheese missing from orders and it is very rare that they will listen. I once was told "and?" when I contacted them about it while at other times they will try to offer something but never once do I get a refund on missing stuff.I also would not recommend bothering with the "large cheese" option as you get the same regardless.Overall the food is nice but their chicken can be a hit and miss but their curries have always been good. I would recommend going in person so you can see what you are getting.
