Picked a suspender belt from the sale rail marked at £24 - whilst I was in the changing room trying on other items the sales assistant ?helpfully? took the item to the till. At this point the £24 label was cut from the item and £65 was written on the remaining label. I bought a two piece swimsuit too, so was spending over £200. Just such a shame the assistant felt the need to deceive and do this to me - would not go back again or recommend to anyone.

A first class and very professional experience filled with laughter. A lovely, welcoming staff and environment filled with the most beautiful lingerie. The experience was so well tailored to my personal needs ? it felt like spending time with friends !! I totally recommend visiting and the follow up support is superb too.

The service today form Des and Adele was outstanding.I have made trips to lingerie shops In London and have not been fitted correctly wasting a lot of money on ill fitting lingerie. The fit and expertise was fab. I will come from Nottingham now on a regular basis. Well done ladies

Can't thank Alice and the rest of the staff at Chameleon enough for making my teenage daughter's first fitting experience a positive one. My wife and daughter felt very welcomed by the staff, and were particularly impressed with Alice. Alice was not only incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, but was also adept at making our daughter feel comfortable in what she originally perceived would be an unbearable experience; to her surprise, it was not as she quite enjoyed herself. Despite walking away with a hefty bill for seven bras, my wife felt it was worth the cost given the expertise and exceptional quality of both service and product offered by Chameleon.
