Always great coffee ??. Staff always ready to help you. Inside needs some money spent to replace the sofas and chairs. Needs painting brighter colour, it's dark inside.

A rather gloomy place. Not very cheery but the coffee was fine. Servers don't smile much but we can all have bad days.
Wheelchair accessibility: Seems wheelchair accessible with disabled toilet but it is the only toilet and unisex.

Visited yesterday. Macchiato was good. Unfortunately, the toilet was filthy, and the soap dispenser was empty. I let staff know, and one went to look.

Can?t speak of the coffee but the team in Nero just made my day- my car keys had broken and they leant me some tools to help out. I also over heard lovely customer interaction with others. Lovey!

Mislabelled food (could have ended up eating meat), long queues, slow curt service (from the male, the female staff members were nice but the chap had an appalling attitude particularly over the confusing food labels), full of dogs (I'm a dog owner and love dogs but this was a bit much), flies and dirt, toilet out of order, coffee wasn't done well (hardly any foam). I fail to see what more this place can do wrong. I won't be returning even though I tend to love Nero.
