Well laid out shop with friendly staff

I visited this shop today in Stamford and was shocked by how rude the shop assistant was. I asked the price of something as there was no price ticket?s attatched, I explained that there was a similar item for sale with a price on it. The lady behind the till then raised her voice to inform me that the items were not identical. I said I understood this, and that I was just trying to to help, when she raised her voice again and was very aggressive in her tone. I was shocked at how badly we were treated, even other customers commented on how rude she was. I will never visit that shop again, and I suggest that this member of staff could do with some staff training.

Browsing thrift stores is one of my favourite pastimes. One of the many charities in Stamford is the British Heart Foundation. Despite the fact that the items are old, cleanliness is still crucial. Thanks to the volunteers who gave their time to keep shops like these going.

Very helpful and pleasant lady, Kate or Kay, sorry can't remember her name, helped me to sort through lots of art books when I was short of time. Moved them all to a flat surface so I could go through them all, then kept them until I returned to collect them.

Again come to another charity shop no greeting, no help just let u struggle and don?t mind if I break my arm in the process and when buying the product ?here there?s ur change? slap bang on the table. Sorry won?t be coming here again.
