Had to take my sunglasses back as unable to read properly with them. Andrew was very helpful and in the end gave me a refund as all options were exhausted. Excellent service all round and next year I?ll get varifocals - not just reading glasses!

I popped into Boots in Stamford High Street last month and had a lovely experience when I asked staff member Myriam her advice on Boots no 7. She took the time to explain different products and even gave me a mini make-over and showed me how best to apply certain items to get the best effect. It was an absolute pleasure and she made my day. I felt a million dollars when I left the shop and I went back again this week to see her. I would highly recommend this lovely lady if you want some fab make-up advice and tips. Thanks Myriam x

I had to come and leave a review today after our wonderful experience with the number seven lady in Stamford her name was Myriam she couldn?t of done more and was absolutely delightful we will 100% be recommending her to all of our friends and family and definitely will be going back. It made our day.

Had an emergency with broken glasses on a Sunday! I didn?t buy them from Boots but they were able to fix them for me. Delightful customer service fully recommended and can?t thank them enough.

It's Boots and always a great choice of products. There is a french lady (sorry I can't remember her name) on the No7 makeup counter who is absolutely fabulous. If you're unsure about makeup, just learning or looking to change your products then go and see her, she is just lovely. The ladies on the pharmacy counter are great and always helpful.

Popped in to buy few things after having my hair done. When I got to the till the cashier wasn't smiling or anything. She looked so grumpy and didn't want to be there. Poor customer service for my visit ! What is wrong with people that work when you're customer facing. You should be happy and positive in public atmosphere

Whilst I appreciate that the pharmacy staff are busy it is an absolute joke trying to get through when you ring them up they just don't answer the phone! I started ringing at 2 o clock and still hadn't got through at 4 o clock 10 phone calls later! What an absolute joke why don't you employ someone to just answer the bloody phone?!

Pharmacy provided prompt service for my emergency prescription after an appt at Stamford Hospital on Sat pm. Sadly the other items I went in for were still not available a week after Id previously been in to buy. That was No 7 lipsticks and Max Factor. I enquired and the response said it all 'oh yes we do need to order some!'
