Bluebird Care is an amazing company to work for.I chose to change my career path from retail after the pandemic and I have never looked back since joining Bluebird, the management are amazing, always there for you if you need them at the end of the phone or in the office. I feel appreciated in my role for the first time in my life, I wake up and love going to work as the job is so rewarding making a difference to peoples lives allowing them to remain in their own homes and feeling safe and secure really is the most warming feeling knowing you make that difference to them.The hours suit me and are manageable being a parent carer for my autistic son I can work around him and still have my career as a carer part time which makes a great work life balance.Tim and Leisa the directors are two of the most genuine and heartwarming people I have ever met, they go above and beyond for the company and to make sure all of their employees are well looked after they really do an amazing job.I rave about Bluebird Care to all my family and friends because I genuinely love my job i feel like I have a purpose again in life, at Bluebird no two days are the same you meet some amazing customers and share memories that will stay with you for life.If you are thinking of becoming a carer or have ever wondered if you would be good at it, definitely give it a try! I promise if you join Bluebird Care you won?t regret it you will grow as a person and be looked after and appreciated as an individual and have the opportunity to work your way up in the company! I joined Bluebird Care 2.5 years ago as a part-time Care Assistant. In that time Bluebird Care has supported my growth and personal career journey to progress to a Senior Care Assistant, Community Care Manager and for the past 6 months into a Quality Assurance role. I have completed an NVQ Level 3 in Adult Social Care and continue to learn through class room based learning and elearning. Bluebird Care will support you to be successful in such a worthwhile field of work whereby you truly do make a difference to someones life and their support network. Bluebird Care have their customers and carers at the heart of their operations. For me their person-centred approach from dedicated, passionate, hard working carers who go above and beyond is what makes Bluebird Care an outstanding company to not only work for but to reach out to attain care services from; becoming a part of the 'Bluebird family.' To see the sheer strength and courage that our carers have shown of late, really exemplifies why I would recommend Bluebird Care Stamford & Rutland.Update 02/11/2021 -I would thoroughly recommend Bluebird Care as both an employer if you are looking for a new care firm or to start a career in care and as a care provider if you are looking for care for yourself or a loved one. It is outstanding in having the principles of care at its core. The carers go above and beyond within their care deliverance, ensuring care is person-centred and of the highest of standards.

I have been with Bluebird for 18 months after a big career change and have found them to be top notch in their very high standards, care and compassion for their clients. Everyone works as a team which is so important these days.Dedicated colleagues from the hard working office staff to carers on the road its like one big family....A good company to work for in these difficult times. I retired from the NHS after 36 years and then worked part time in local residential homes.I have seen different standards of care, not all good. I joined Bluebird care to follow my retirement dream, to be able to provide the best standard of one to one care.I shadowed blue bird staff for my first two weeks and was blown away by the consistent, excellent standard of care shown to the customers.I get so much job satisfaction knowing that my care and support has positively impacted a customer and their carers day.I am proud to be part of and associated with this care group. They only have one standard of care, the highest.

I started working for Bluebird Care during the 1st lockdown. After I had applied I wasn't sure I had done the right thing but here I am after 1 year and thoroughly enjoying my job. I get alot of pleasure from caring and chatting with customers who often are pleased to see you. If I had a relative who needed care I would definitely recommend Bluebird.

The Bluebird Care Stamford & Rutland team are an incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and dynamic team of carers and support staff. The Management team are excellent keeping both customer and the care team as the focus point to deliver high quality person centred care which is outstanding. Promoting independence, dignity and respect to all customers whom require support from personal care, shopping, companionship domestic and much much more.The care team are quality checked and fully trained before and during their career journey with Bluebird Care and are fully supported along the way. Offering good rates of pay and the chance of promotion from within.Overall an excellent employer and care service provider, who I'd highly recommended ?
