Terrible customer service, very rude members of staff who are not really interested in customer satisfaction and have no bedside manners. It has really changed used to have very pleasant people working there

My partner took 4 nearly new mens fleece jackets and brand new slippers lady said we are not taking any more donations wont bother in future

I went to the shop in Stamford yesterday and was absolutely disgusted by a member of staff who insulted my Autistic grandson by saying that child is making ridiculous noises, myself and other customers were horrified by her attitude when I told her that what she had just said was awful, she just said was it!!! She didn?t apologise, even when the other customer said she doesn?t care. I won?t be going to the store again!!!

One of my favourite pastimes is looking browsing charity shops. Barnados is one of the many charities in Stamford. The general state of Barnados shops has declined a little. They used to have a wide variety of new and old goods. They don't have as much now.

I want to leave a 5* review purely as my husband visited the store today.he hasn't left the house much due to the pandemic and his copd causes severe flare ups! He was insulted today not once but twice by a elderly couple in the store. Shop assistant was absolutley amazing helping stick up for my husband (who explained to this couple that their comments where unfair as not all disabilitys are visible). Outstanding! Thank you so so much
