This is the best car servicing centre I have ever used. Firstly, they are very honest, and don't push work/costs onto you unnecessarily. Secondly, they are very fairly priced and the quality of the work is spot on. Thirdly, just a great customer experience.
I take both my Mercedes and my wife's BMW Mini to them for everything now, and happily recommend them to all my friends.

My front coil spring broke and Steve and his team were able to fit me in and fix the problem quickly. Also, while driving up to the garage my engine light came on which turned out to be a faulty sensor. Again, fixed quickly. Would not trust my car with anyone else, have used them a number of times and have always found them to be very helpful honest and reliable, If something doesn't need fixing they tell you it doesnt, I never feel ripped off.Would highly recommended Steve and the team.

I have been using Airtek Auto Centre for a number of years and they have always been brilliant. Today they had my aged Evoque in ? I had been told by a number of recovery mechanics that it was a very specific issue around intake manifold pressure.. whatever that means? but very expensive? turns out it was something completely different and not expensive at all. ?? would recommend Steve and the team to anyone? they are superb.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Steve was absolutely wonderful! I spoke to him over the phone and he tried to help but we couldn't figure out what was wrong. He then insisted I popped in. I had never used them before and the extent he went to make sure I was satisfied was extraordinary. My four door car had an issue with one lock to the rear not unlocking. Took it to Airtek and they?ve replaced a lock on the front which was absolutely fine, never had a problem with it! So they?ve charged me £300 to replace a lock that worked as it should. They did say they?d look into it and call us back but sent a text after hours (so we couldn?t talk to anyone) advising that they?ve done their job and if we want the broken lock changing it?ll cost us further. Very disappointing both in terms of service and after care. Won?t be using again. Interesting company values for a repeat customer.
