what's the point in having an amazon parcel dropped off here to collect before 4pm if your bloody shut from 1pm?!?! thanks for nothing, that's my nephews birthday present, if I wanted it late I'd of ordered it next week!
my mistake, wrong shop for the parcel, but the person who came and turned the lights off whilst I'm standing there looking stressed and knocking could of cleared it up in a second and no review written, but no they didnt, they just completely ignored me, didnt even acknowledge me.
all attention is good attention seemingly as my review is the 1st in 4 years, and now look, actually reviews ??

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP OR POST OFFICE they are so rude and really unhelpful. Considering this is my local village shop you would think they would be more helpful, nice and welcoming to the village users as we are the customers that keep them going. Even the owners are so rude!However I will no longer be using their services and will travel to the next village Spilsby where they have a really good post office and shop and sells everything that you need and more and is much bigger and they are also very nice and helpful!

Very rude and mean people..my son and I stopped by on a bike ride and my son went into the shop to ask politely if they could fill our water bottles up...they only filled one bottle and told him this was only a one off....not to do it again...wow it's only water from a tap for a young thirsty boy...

I'm afraid I have to echo other people's reviews.The first time I went into the shop, just before Xmas 2021, I needed to post a parcel. The older woman behind the counter was very unfriendly and abrupt. Everyone's entitled to a bad day, but....A couple of weeks ago, I had to post a letter by recorded delivery - and it was (very clearly) a small letter. The same woman behind the counter pointedly checked the size and then said "£2.25. Is that alright?" She was very condescending and bordering on aggressive, which took me aback, as I 'm friendly and very smiley, and am used to people responding to me in the same manner.Next time, I'll use the PO in Spilsby. It's further away, but at least the staff are helpful and polite.

The Shop it's self is very good and friendly staff..but the older lady who serves in the Post office part isn't very nice, not at all helpful and a real jobs worth , I've given her the benefit of the doubt before as we all have our bad days but don't think I'll be using the Post Office in there again ..sad to say.

Rude member of staff behind the till it sounds like I'm not the only one who has had this experience, no wonder these little village shops are closing all over and the scoop ice cream is frozen ( ice crystals in the ice cream)

Appallingly rude and unhelpful staff. Old owners were great this lot need to go elsewhere and soon. Would have given minus rating if possible. Would never use this overpriced and very rudely serviced place again

Great friendly staff, always get a great service from them. I run a small business so sent out parcels and letters, always offer good advise, but itâ??s difficult when Royal Mail and post office have such outdated rules.
