There was a fly on the pasties and when I pointed it out to the assistant she said that there?s not much I can do about it
Flies carry deseases and bacteria. So I would have thought she would have thrown the pasties away. Bot no she kept them on sale

They never asked me what size drink I wanted & just brought out the biggest. Flies also on food. Had a bad experience here before, too. Will not use them again or at least never eat from these again.

Nice food but.......
Omg so slow, I have seen so many people including myself walk off and go elsewhere, can I make a suggestion, why not have an app where can pre order and pay for your food for a set time and then have an express collection lane result profits up and happy customers

Really poor experience, ice cold pasty, ice cold Sausage rolls ate half the pasty and the thirst all afternoon from the saltyness of the food is what drove me to leave this review.

Went in to Spilsby branch yesterday and noted flies flying around, landing on and feeding of the foods. Needless to say I walked out.
I would recommend having some type of covering at the back of the display counters.

Another beautiful celebration cake from Cooplands, this time a Christening. Will always get my celebration cakes from there! Faultless decoration, tastes superb and price was very competitive with Blue Light discount.

Just been into coop lands Spilsby. There was a que so before I stood there for 20 mins I thought I'd ask if they had what I wanted rather than wasting my time. The woman in glasses. A bigger lady not sure of her name was just very rude to me. Not a nice person at all and she was very lucky she didn't get a piece of my mind. Cooplands in general is not a proper bakery. They can't even make a simple cheese sandwich as they don't do bread. Wat the hell is wrong with people up north. I would y normally do this but I ran my own business for 25 years employed 1500 people and turned over 10 to 20 mill a year. You do not speak to me like that. Ever. How dare you. Especially when I asked a simple question. She actually said. Can't you see I'm serving. All she had to do was say yes or no. Rude cow

The food is awful and burnt and the staff are rude and don't listen to ur orders your giving. Plus she refused to give me my tomatoes on my breakfast because she wouldn't cook any more tomatoes. Awful. Wouldn't be using cooplands again. You need to get different staff in.

The Ladies here were really patient whilst my children chose there lunches today. The sandwiches were delicious. Will definitely be going back back.
