Friendly helpful staff. They can reserve carpet till you're ready. They'll come and measure up. They have a selection of room sized pieces if you're only wanting to replace one.

So glad my friend told me about askews carpets, had to wait a few weeks for install as i wanted virtually my whole downstairs carpeting.Great customer service ?Very pleased with my carpets & my binded door mats that i collected todayAlso purchased a mattress from askews .... Great service. The staff go the extra mile they explained all the options for our chosen carpet and managed to get it delivered and fitted faster than expected. The fitter was friendly and did a great job. All their communications were excellent. Couldn't have wished for better service.

What an absolute pleasure to do business with Askew's. A real personal & professional service from start to finish. Friendly staff, excellent workmanship and superb quality product. Time was spent finding out what I wanted, making suggestions, listening to my ideas and never pushing a particular line. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you to everyone at Askew's for helping make my move to Spilsby so seamless, you are all a great credit to the community and should I ever need more carpets or flooring, this is the only firm I would trust to do it.

Fantastic! Great choice, prices, advice and help. When we were ready to place our order, they even suggested we buy a roll-end in our choice of carpet rather than off the roll as it would be cheaper!! Fitter arrived on time and has done an amazing job. Stairs/landing carpet and bathroom vinyl fitted quickly and perfectly - it all looks stunning! Will definitely be using Askews again and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you, Askews

We just moved into a new build and needed some flooring, we decided on askews, very fast fitting service, done in a day. really pleased the flooring looks great, no issues, we had carpet and cushion floor fitted, there is a good range to choose from in the shop, at a good price as well. excellent quality, staff have all been friendly and efficient, would highly recommend.

We bought a mattress from askews some time ago. It recently developed a fault so they came out to have a look.We weren't sure how long ago we had purchased it, but probably between one and two years ago.He instantly agreed that the mattress was faulty, and said he would contact the manufacturer.Within a couple of days he called back to say that the manufacturer was saying it was over a year old and they wouldn't replace itHe said askews didn't agree with this and said askews would replace it themselves.Within a couple of weeks from my original call they delivered my new mattress and took away the faulty one.Every step of the way they have been superb.Real old fashioned customer service. Every one I have dealt with has been a pleasure to talk to and they seem to genuinely put the customer firstIf I could give them ten stars I would.

Askews are simply the best in the business! From visiting the shop initially to the actual fitting and the aftercare provided. They kept us informed of the fitting dates every step of the way and when we ordered the wrong size bed for one of our rooms it was no trouble for them to change that and send us a new one. We are new to the area and Askews came highly recommended and we are really pleased we got to hear about them. Brilliant service thank you! You couldn?t get any better.

I very rarely bother to write reviews but I feel obliged to do so on this occasion. I have recently used Askew carpets in Spilsby for the first time. I wanted to buy a carpet for a rarely used spare bedroom. The guys working there were brilliant. They didn't try and persuade me to buy a carpet more expensive than I needed. They didn't try and sell me expensive underlay. All in all a very very positive experience. I highly recommend staying away from the high street chain carpet shops that have constant sales which are a con. Go to these guys. I got an excellent carpet and saved a lot of money as I purchased an off cut rather than buying to order.
