We dealt with Callum who was fantastic from start to finish, he was very honest when viewing properties and made the whole process completely hassle free. We told him the dates and he made it happen.
We had a few issues in the property after moving in as to be expected with new builds and again Callum got it all sorted quickly and efficiently.
He?s a real credit to the team and I?m happy to deal with him time and time again!

I can?t recommend Rose and her team highly enough! They were incredibly supportive throughout the sale of my late dad?s property, keeping us informed of updates and handling it all with compassion. They went above and beyond to ensure a smooth process, which was especially important as neither of us is local. 5 stars all round!!

Bought a property through william h brown, mainly dealt with Libby, the buying process was a stressful and time consuming process for everyone involved but Libby stayed professional throughout, going above and beyond to get my purchase through. Always polite and easy to talk to, giving me advice and answering all my questions as they come up, very good service throughout.

Amy visited our rental home yesterday to do the usual 6 monthly inspection. Amy is such a capable and efficient representative of the agency. She is personable and caring with a sunny and charming personality. Amy is certainly an asset to William H Brown. A very settling experience for us even though the visit was brief. Thank you!

I would like to say that I couldn't fault anything about William H Brown. A young man named Callum and a very nice lady called Theresa helped my rental move so smoothly Callum went above and beyond to help ... I can only be honest when I we say the whole office here in spalding are so welcoming and friendly you come away feeling like family.. Total mess up with my daughters rental due to move in on the Monday was told the Friday before that due to callums incompataince of not relaying relevant information to the guy renting the property that she would not be able t move in I spoke to a person called Teresa who said she was very sorry and would help my daughter find a property but after showing her one grotty house seems to have wiped her hands clean of the total mess up that they have caused although William brown is a known estate agents and renters the people in this branch have shown that not only are they incompetent in dealing with the basics they lack empathy and have failed to help my daughter

More of a personale review, during the purchase of my property the seller decided to back out. Libby Walker decided to take on my case as it was previously being handled by another colleague. Libby was able to help salvage the purchase by not giving up and continued communication with the seller and really fought for our case. I really do appreciate the support we received from Libby

Fabulous letting agent. Recently moved into a rental property and had a seamless experience thanks to Teresa and Callum. After gaining my first property with my partner , we couldn?t be any happier, Teresa there couldn?t be any more helpful and polite, always assuring we had everything we need from start to finish, even when she was out of work and in her own time,she went above and beyond for us both. After dealing with morris and mennie (waste of complete time) teresa jumped straight on to it there at W H BROWN and sorted it all out with in the space of a few days and finally we had our house. If it wasn?t for her my family home wouldn?t be. If anyone deals with w h brown please go to her she is amazing

I have to post this and appraise the staff at William H Brown in Spalding and the entire branch. Each problem that came up was never a trouble for the staff, it has been addressed and sorted appropriately and very fast, too. Nothing is too much for them and they are always there to help. 5 star service and communication from Libby at WH Brown Spalding.
After having our home on the market with another local estate agent (who were singularly useless) ,we met Libby and within a couple of hours she had a potential viewer asking to see our home.....just WOW!
Her communication skills are exemplary, and in an industry famed for it's often 'cold' approach to it's customers, Libby certainly bucks that trend. She was, for us, the shining star in that office, and she is clearly destined for more senior office. WATCH YOU DON'T LOSE HER TO A COMPETITOR!
