First time visiting Springfields and a Weird Fish shop! Some stores here are really struggling with the concept of customer service and Covid. Not at Weird Fish, great staff, really helpful and felt like a personal shopping experience. So impressed its prompted me to write this great review and I wasn't asked to do it! They deserve to be successful and I would highly recommend a visit. (according to my receipt I was served by Kirsty and Lynsey). Thank you :)

Spalding is great and most staff in shops helpful during these difficult times. Saturday 24th October staff in weird fish couldn?t have been more disinterested,. I had had temporary sign fall off stand to say ? sanitise hands? the older lady stomped over and banged it back in place, obviously to make me aware it had fallen. I asked for extra paper bag as Christmas items, I wanted to wrap in bag she point blank refused to give one for each shirt, and put last two items together, saying short of bags.. the way she responded was disrespectful and rude in these difficult times..
