It used to be my optician for the last 7 years or so, however post-covid the services become excessively overpriced and felt quite disappointed to find out I was charged extra for replacing lenses on my 1-year old brand frame that I bought from Vision Express, however I wasn't charged extra quid for changing lenses on the same frame (now 2-year old) at another Vision Express locally just 15 miles away from Spalding... That does not look quite right to me!Just went for another optician.

Extremely professional, ultra helpful and friendly opticians ? we have been coming here for years and I honestly wouldn?t go anywhere else ? I feel that Ajay and his staff do everything possible to ensure all their customers are more than happy with their glasses. 5* service every time ?

Well organised & good standard with friendly welcoming. Easy to book an appointment both on the phone or online. Optician is well knowledgeable and take good care to the customers. Good range of eye glasses selection but all depends to the seasons as well.

Opening times on store window says open at weekend inc 10-4 Sundays, however this is not correct. Closed during the hours most people would want to use their services.

staff very efficient and polite. during the eye test everything is explained. my new glases were ready in 3 days. i never go anywhere else. would definitely recommend.

I had an appointment with Specsavers Spalding and they waited until I went into the store and said it was cancelled. So I went to vision express across the road. I am so pleased I did.They slotted me in for an eye test even though they didn't have a free appointment. The staff where friendly knowledgeable and helpful. I know have a pair of glasses which I needed and as I work on ambulances I was impressed that they do discounts for blue light card too. I can't thank them enough for going above and beyond and I will be having my future eye tests with vision express and not the other optitions mentioned . Thank you to the staff at the store .

The staff if not friendly on approach and when serving you they?ll treat you like a second class citizen, they also kept me waiting for a box for my glasses after I spent £200/£300 on sun glasses. A lot of training is required.

Friendly,informative,helpful. Popped in without an appointment but was able to discuss and arrange a reglaze on my current frames. Excellent service
