Travelodge is travelodge. What makes this one better than others is service- professionalism and very warm welcome from receptionist Marija - thank you very much!
Location is good - next to the shopping centre, reception is on the first floor, car parking is free from 5:30pm until 9am. Room was clean, shower pressure was poor. It was good for one night business trip.

Super comfy bed. Room had all the essentials. A pity the windows are limited, as on the very hot days, the temperature in the room was quite uncomfortable.

This is a hard review to write as there are good and bad points so will be what a person has as their own personal preferences. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable, fresh towels and tea and coffee were available and topped up each day, parking was excellent value and the shopping centre was a hit! I feel like the perks of the surroundings of this hotel are the main things that made the hotel any good! What I didn't like was the room was very stuffy with 1 window u could only open slightly, I didn't like that the reception was on level 1 so I felt as if there was never anyone around, we didn't see 1 member of staff after checking in. There was a vending machine and the prices I thought were rediculous £2.20 for a bottle of water, the shower was a dribble and not enough ventilation was like a sauna come steam room! There was no fridge so couldn't keep any fresh milk. The room was comfy but it wasn't a place we wanted to relax couldn't wait to get out of there each day! There are some lovely restaurants in walking distance although be careful as these do shut early!

Avoid room 201, it's next to a 'plant room', what ever that is, and you'll have a constant low vibrating hum. Currently writing this at 12:46am and think my car would be a better option. Staff are great, and the rooms are nice, 201 just happens to be a pig, and it's also near the exit and the door doesn't soft close, so you'll have that clicking and slamming all night.

Was ok. Usual Travelodge. Clean, cheap. The room i had was right next to the corridor door entrance which woke me up every time someone came in or went out at night. Parking was ok, the restaurant next door is really nice, good food ?

Stayed for couple of nights, received a warm friendly reception. Booked double room and it was adequate for a short stay. Local food outlets for early risers are within walking distance for breakfazt and with the retail shops and park area nearby, it was pleasant to go for a short walk to stretch your legs. Car park was secure and not to expensive.

Nothing fancy but a decent room for an overnight stay. Very cheap for a hotel so well worth the money. Free parking overnight.

I recently stayed at Travelodge Spalding and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is convenient, especially for those needing easy access to the town centre or nearby roads. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering everything you?d expect for a short stay.
Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit, making check-in and check-out smooth. While the amenities are basic, they cover the essentials well, comfortable bed, good shower pressure, and a decent night?s sleep.
One thing to note is that on-site dining options are limited, but there are nearby restaurants and cafes within a short drive or walk. Parking was straightforward and readily available.
Overall, a reliable and budget-friendly option for anyone needing a no-fuss stay in Spalding.

Lady on reception was really friendly, hotel was really clean room was spotless. Quiet at night few places to eat and drink. Would definitely stay again. And parking over night was only a pound!

Spacious. Comfy room. We could also keep our dog in the room. Plenty of places in the neighbouring shopping centre to get food or drink.
