Overly long, 1min 20s, recorded telephone message especially when they expect you to keep ringing up for the chance to speak to a doctor. Very rarely get an appointment when you do ring and happen to get through. Go somewhere else ..

Very helpful staff, there is a need to line up outside to go in but due to current circumstances everyone expects to queue to go in so not a problem
