Superdrug is one of the UK?s leading health and beauty retailers, and the Spalding branch lives up to the name with its bright, clean interior and shelves absolutely packed with everything from skincare to supplements.
On this occasion, I wasn?t shopping ? just playing bodyguard for my wife ?. And honestly, even if I had needed something, I doubt I?d have found it among the avalanche of products. So much choice, it?s a maze of moisturisers and mascaras!
They?ve also got a pharmacy on site for prescriptions and health advice, plus a Beauty Studio offering treatments for those looking for a bit of pampering.
The staff are polite and kind, and the whole shop feels well-kept and welcoming. If you do know what you?re looking for, it?s a great place to grab your essentials?or just follow your other half around like I did.

Fine for what it is, about what you expect from a Superdrug. Nice & clean. The older woman with the short hair who often stands by the front door seems very rude & closed-off to conversation. Not at all welcoming, she just sort of stares you down as you attempt to shop. On the other hand, the tall, young lad who often stands in the same position is always very friendly.

Went superdrug a few days ago got to the till person at till was having lovely chat giggling with customer in-front when it got to my turn her face turned moody didn't say hello didn't ask if i wanted a bag when i payed for my items, i had to ask for a bag didn't say anything scanned it and i paid didn't say have a nice day or anything just rude employee her name was (Lesley).

Lovely pharmacy team. An issue with my booking but they let me have my vaccine still. Recommend.

Constantly asked if i need any help from one particular member of staff in the shop . apparently all the other customers did not qualify for this attention . Felt quite victimised for looking at products within the store and treated like a thief.I guess 10k pa is warranted for this is kind of narrow minded suspicion .

Amazing place to shop at. I recommend to go there for make up and skin care products but iam getting rid of 2 stars because some things are overly priced..

This branch of Superdrug is usually clean, bright and well stocked. It has a good range of items for all your health and beauty needs with a spectrum of prices and brands to suit most people.The store features a pharmacy which is very useful as there are so few of them in Spalding. It also allows you to collect items previously ordered online. My one complaint would be that the staff I encountered were surly and acted as though they really didn't want to be there let alone be troubled by customers.

Pharmacy staff were very helpful on my last visit. However I've noticed one FoH staff has really took a disliking to me. Every time I go they are quite sharp with me and I was humiliated by an experience I recently had. It has put me off returning a little bit which is a shame because I visit the store regularly.

I bought a perfume product at a reduced price. In the store they didn't want to test it for me. The tester was a quality model. I tested my model outside. It had no smell. I went in and asked the saleswoman to change it for me. They refused me. I left their product in the store without getting my money back: £29. Good deal.
