no sign nothing on website about dogs, but travelled over with my puppy to be escorted out by 3 security like a criminal. Will never return. Apparently they won't sign post or put it on website so people travelling from far won't be deterred and will feel forced to leave dogs in the car for already making the trip... disgusting behaviour

NOT DOG FRIENDLY AT ALL, unless assistance dog! Not allowed even pedestrian precinct. Appreciate not all shops like dogs but most shopping areas allow dogs outside. Parked up, found this out so got back in car and drove into Spalding . Definite list a fair amount of revenue today from myself and my group of friends !

Fantastic staff in Dune, Osprey, Radley and body shop. But very disappointed my little dog couldn?t walk through the main area, would of spent more ????? can you afford to turn people away with there dogs?
Also could you put on your website NO DOGS to turn more people away. Ridiculous!

we popped to Springfields today and every member of staff we met was very polite and professional, especially the lady in sports direct Calling for trainer sizes and the lady tending the salad bar in subway.

Definitely recommend a visit to Springfields. A small but good selection of shops & a beautiful garden to wander around if you want a break from shopping.
We also tried the newly opened Parlour restaurant, for morning coffee & cake and then as we enjoyed it so much popped back in the afternoon for tea & scones.
It?s a very good addition to the centre.
Parking is only £2 all day & the Springfields VIP app is worth getting to get a discount in most stores & reduced parking when topping up on the app.
All in all it?s a great relaxing place to shop & eat.
