Mohammed the Optometrist at Spalding Specsavers was excellent ? I felt like he really cared about my eye health. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered my questions with patience, and made sure I understood my options. The appointment never felt rushed, and his professionalism combined with his friendly approach made me feel very comfortable. I left feeling confident that my eyes are in good hands, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a thorough and caring optometrist.

Staff were inattentive, was herded like sheep, kept waiting more than 20 minutes after appointment time, rushed through frame choice and fitting was very poor! Overall very poor except the actual sight test by the optician which was very good.

I had a fantastic experience at Specsavers Spalding thanks to the lovely Kasia. Her professionalism, genuine care, and willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out. She made the whole process smooth and enjoyable ? and her great sense of humour was the cherry on top! It?s rare to come across someone so kind, helpful, and dedicated. I can only speak as I find. Today my wife and myself had an appointment at Spalding Specsavers. Ok it cost us both money but the service that we recieved was excellent from start to finish.
Professional and a great experience.
A lady named Rachael who I must save was not only brilliant at what she does but we had a good laugh as well. I only hope one thing and that is when we go back to collect our glasses in two weeks time we are served by Rachael.Overall experience of the Spalding branch of Specsavers - keep doing what you do.
