We were shown around a property by Aaron at Sedge. He was brilliant. Really knowledgeable about the area and properties. We found another house through another estate agent, but if I was going to buy a house again, one of my first calls would be to Sedge. Can't recommend them enough

We didn't sell with sedge but bought through Sedge. They were brilliant, chased solicitors, chain etc and kept us informed all the way. Much better than our online estate agent. You pay for what you get! Sedge I would highly recommend, special shout out to Nichola, she was amazing ?

If I could give this company a 0 star I most definitely would. It was my first time renting a property and I'm distraught with how badly Sedge dealt with any question or help I needed. I had multiple problems with the property, one includes, the entire time I was at the property, I have a broken window, which meant I could of had anyone at any given moment, break into my property. Completely unsafe and illegal and for myself, was very scary at the time. When I tried to tell Sedge about the issue they didn't respond. I also had a broken hob, neighbors from hell which had BBQ's at 11:00pm at night in the communal area which stated in my contract was not allowed, but when I told Sedge they said they'd talk to the tenants, and never did, the BBQ still sits there today. Our gas and electric was faulty and when I tried to tell them about it they said it wasn't their issue and my front door handle came off and due to all of the none communication I had received from them, I fixed it myself. They lie on all of their viewings, the property I lived in and was viewing at the time was a ground floor flat and on my viewing of the property they said that the neighbors were 'dentists and didn't spend much time in their flats', matter of fact it was the complete opposite, I heard them stomping upstairs most nights, playing football, inviting big groups of friends and family round, this was all very late at night on a week day. Completely ashamed to even have associated myself with such liars and con artists. If you are ever looking for a rental property in or around the Spalding area with Sedge, I would make sure you have a solicitor that attends your viewings with you.
