I give oxyjet uk a NO star rating. I have been in the beauty business for 30 years, and have dealings with many different companies, many of which bend over backwards to help. Our machine has recently gone wrong, but was still working, and we have had the engineer out to fix it with quite a heavy price tag. Within a week, my therapist went to use the machine and it wouldn't turn on. Our initial reaction was that it must of been connected to the engineer's visit, so my therapist rang them. We were told that they would be in touch after speaking with the engineer. A few days later, no phone call later, the engineer turned up, turned the machine on, it worked, put it down to a blip and left within 5 minutes. A couple of days later we received another bill in the post for this visit even though we hadn't been told he would be coming, or that there would be a hefty a call out charge. I feel very strongly that we should have been given this information- to the salon owner directly, to enable us to make a decision as to whether we would have wanted to go ahead with a visit. Indeed , we would have definitely tried the machine again first! They have then been very unhelpful, but insistent that we pay.I have , but feel that this is wrong. I would be very cautious of dealing with a company where money is more important than the customer. I have sourced another supplier for any bits that we have previously used the company for.
