“I went into the spalding store today, I needed some help to get a couple of bits ready for my walk up Snowdon next week. Ricky talked and walked me through all the jackets base layers etc. His knowledge was amazing, was able to have a laugh and make you feel 100% relaxed. Hazel who was the other store representative who was great with my purchase and knowledge also, (just watch out when she’s Hangry) ?. Lovely store and staff.
