John has no customer service skills I went in this week to collect a parcel he coughs everywhere and acts like he doesn?t want to be there. (Not the first time I?ve noticed this)
Been in today to collect a parcel and Luke is not any better as soon as I showed ID he scanned my parcel and tossed it to me across the counter. If you give Luke your ID in his hand he then doesn?t give it back in your hand but puts it on the counter for you to pick up.
The Tall lad with Glasses is always so friendly and helpful. (Thankyou)
