Visited nationwide recently the staf were friendly and efficient solved my problem very sympathetic manner put meat ease and gave me piece of mind .long may they stay on my open I am nearly eighty remember not everyone is computer literate can’t even use a mobile properly .

Not the Building Society I joined three years ago. Customer service has gone from five star to one star. Staff aggressive and unhelpful. Membership benefits have all but disappeared. I need a new bank / building society. Sadly I feel I am not alone. ...

Went to atm . Withdrew £30 and forgot to collect my money . Atm took. Money back in.. 4 weeks later still not got money back. Thief's .. do not bank with nationwide !!!!!
