Very slow, lucky to find more than one person serving. Always long ques. Stop asking people to use automated services and put that person on the tills!

Appalling service... No wonder banks want to close branches. The receptionist purposely ignored clients to them shoo them away. Simple queries take way too long... Cashing in or out shouldn't take 10-15 min per person. They rather walk away from their desk and talk then doing the work. I'm currently waiting and I can count 15 people waiting. All desks but 1 empty... No receptionist present...

After 35 min waiting for customer support response, being put through to person who would help me sort things out. ? sorry, nothing I can do about? he said. And after that:? wait a sec? and cuts off.Bank did not contact about? my incorrect details on direct debit ? so I might be facing penalty charge for not having road tax. Because direct debit has been cancel by bank.0 stars given for that, and would not recommend any to this bank!!!

No wonder why the overall rating is so low. Fantastic people who are serving on the till but the branch manager's attitude is vary rude. He thinks he own the bank. When I asked about his attitude he got agitated and told me 'Leave my bank now's???? I have a high turnover business with that bank & been with them over 10 years. If this is how he treats his corporate customers I begin to worry what his colleagues are going through .
