I wanted to leave a review as I received excellent customer service from Scott. I was returning from holiday and found a nail in my tyre. I first rang the Sleaford branch but unfortunately they were very unhelpful. I then found Spalding branch and rang and spoke to Scott. What a star from his friendly manner to his helpfulness. Scott told me to bring the car in and he would have a look. By the time I had grabbed a coffee Scott called to say my car was ready. Absolutely outstanding member of staff clearly very customer service focused well done and thank you. We got home to Kent safe and sound.

I phoned Kwik-Fit quite late in the afternoon as I had a tyre-warning symbol appear, and was very pleased to told that it could be looked at straight away. Twenty minutes later I was there, my tyres were being inspected and I was shown exactly why the warning symbol had appeared. Problem easily solved there and then with four lovely new tyres, and the warning reset. Brilliant service - thank you.

Scott and the team provided an excellent level of customer service, explaining all work completed and findings / issues highlighted whilst completing the health check on my car.
