I have been renting a house for 12 years in this agency. I got a court order to vacate the property I a very short notice.Matt told the court that he had given me 3 months notice witch he new was a lie. No consideration or respect for a 74 year old woman that did so much for the property.Very unconcerned and unprofessional agency.

Matt is always responsive to me, if he is busy then I always get a text and a call back later on, always realisable with viewings and fast response when I put my application in!Would definitely recommend and re try if you have had a bad experience!

All the 1 star reviews are a accurate description of how this company operates . i called more than 10 times over a period of 3-4 weeks to arrange a viewing , when finally booked , right when i was in front of the house at the appointed time , after i let Matt know im in front of the property , he text back that the viewing has been rearranged for next day and i shouldve had recieved an email about it which obviously i did not recieved .

Matt the owner of jigsaw lettings is very rude and arrogant. I requested about a property and he told me that landlord wouldn?t allow people who don?t work in. A week later as I still couldn?t find a house I rang back and this time he told me they would accept people who don?t work but in the same conversation contradicted himself and said they would again. He?s useless in every way possible he doesn?t care about people who ring him up he has no patience and quite frankly I don?t know how he has the job he?s got. I have never met such a rude sophisticated person in my life. Stay very clear of him.

Never ever responds to phone calls /emails in a timely manner. House walls were painted in bright colours against the agreement, mattress etc left in outbuilding and keys were just left under mat! Paid monthly fee for over 10 years and the property was not even managed at a basic level . Questioned but of course no reply!

Awful experience with Matt at jigsaw Lettings please don?t rent through this company. I was left with out heating in the cold spell in winter and was no rush to fix he was rude and aggressive when my sister was calling saying enough was enough! Ignores messages and calls so hard to contact PLEASE BE CAREFUL it made me miserable renting through this company

Avoid them! Horrible service. Called every day for a week to be told we will get a phone call back, never happened. 9th try and they tell us the property we were enquiring for is now gone!

The agency is not responsive. Very difficult to reach , they don?t return phone calls. We gave them a 2 months notice and they never replied to say they have received. We have left the house 4 weeks ago and we still didn?t her from Matt about returning the deposit. He said he would pay last week but so far nothing. Please walk away from them. We do t even know how and when we will receive the deposit back. Apart from the difficulty in communicating and getting the deposit back, Matt is quite flexible.

DO NOT USE! I rented through this agent and from start to finish he was useless! False promises regarding repairs, no check in inventory, never returning calls or responding to messages, didn't even acknowledge I had given notice until the day before the lease ended and most importantly not fulfilling even legal obligations such as gas safety inspections. Mine was 18 months out of date when I vacated the property! The fight continues to get my deposit released as he has ignored communications from me and the DPS!

Agent was brilliant to myself when moving in. Relocating from another part of the country was made a lot easier by the agents kindness and assistance.Also, since living at the property any issues raised have been resolved and any lack of communication regarding these issues have been apologised for and rectified.Thank you

An embarrassment of a company who are too lazy to even make a phone call!Enquired on a house for let over 2 weeks ago to request photos of the inside as Rightmove only showed (and still only shows) 3 external photos, I was informed that Matt would get back to me later that day and email the photos over. I never received any photos of that property but after seeing Jigsaw had another property I was interested in, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and request a viewing on the second property.I had to repeatedly ring for days before Matt finally rang me back 3 days later, after I had given up trying, and booked a viewing for later that week. Every time I was told that Matt was busy and would ring me back that day but this never happened.On the day of the viewing I attempted to ring Matt to confirm the time we had arranged and that the viewing was still going ahead, but I was left with no answer yet again. Despite all of this, the house was presented very well due to it being a new build and I decided I would like to go ahead with an application.I spoke with Matt about the application process whilst at the property and was told I would have the link to the application form sent to me straight away. By the next morning I still hadn't received anything and after another phone call to Jigsaw, I was told again Matt was busy and would send it over when he could. This was already a day later than expected.Eventually I received the email with the application and completed this immediately. I was informed I would hear a response within 24 hours and awaited a phone call from Matt which I never received. I rang Matt the following day to get an update and was informed that all credit checks, income checks and referencing was passed and that all we needed was the landlord to confirm before I could go ahead and Matt would do this today and let me know the outcome the following day.Surprise surprise, I heard nothing from Matt again, and had attempted to call him multiple times with no success. Eventually I managed to speak with Matt who was far from helpful and simply stated he would be back in touch.Its been over a week since I started my application and I am still no further forward in knowing if it has been successful or not. I understand that applications take time but it is not unreasonable to be updated throughout the process.I have received multiple phone calls and emails from companies regarding setting up my broadband and utility bills etc for my move in date of 15th October? I have never been informed that my application has been accepted let alone given a move in date.It is nearly impossible to speak to Matt, and any request for a call back is simply ignored. If Jigsaw can't be bothered to even secure a tenant on a property, I would hate to think how difficult it would be to get an issue resolved once you had already moved in.I have now requested that my application is retracted as I refuse to spend any money with such a joke of a company after receiving absolutely disgusting customer service. And I certainly do not want Matt to receive any kind of commission for his inability to communicate and incompetency in carrying out his own job.

I have dealt with Jigsaw for over 12 years and must say,the service is first class and I have never had any problems.I do not stay with someone,who lets me down !So still putting all my lets via JIGSAW whom,for me,go above and beyondin their service to me.Here is to the next 12 years !!!!!!!!!!!
