We had a problem with our lift and rise recliner. We mainly dealt with Richard. The service offered by Hills is excellent. After a few false starts, we were given a temporary replacement chair until new parts arrived. Richard came and fitted them once they were received. Everything is now working and back to normal. We highly recommend Hills great customer service. Many thanks to all involved.

Spalding is so lucky to have Hills Furniture store! I bought my sofa when I moved into my first home - I was served by Sue who was incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful and she very generously offered me a loan sofa whilst I waited for my sofa to arrive because I was without seating. My sofa arrived last week and it is absolutely beautiful and extremely comfortable! Outstanding quality of product as well as outstanding service from all including the delivery men! I wouldn?t want to shop anywhere else. Thank you so much to all at Hills.

We found the staff very friendly and helpful. Sue was the member of staff who asked if we needed any help and answered all the questions we put to her. We have ordered a new l suite for our lounge and would most certainly shop there again and recommend to our friends.

Amazing store with wonderful staff who are so helpful and knowledgeable . They have tasteful and quality furniture and furnishings at a reasonable price . They are the first place we go to when the need arises . Being a family run business of many years they give a personal service which makes it more appealing as we have always tried to support local retailers.
