After having a poor experience at the Boston branch due to the fitter not having the knowledge to install the Dash Cam on my van, I today had an appointment to have one fitted to my car.
On arrival I explained what had happened to the fitter ?Darren? who was very knowledgable and within the 2 hour appointment slot he not only fitted the DashCam to my Cupra (which wasn?t straight forward in itself and he was able to do a work-around)
But I was also able to get home and bring my Fiat van back and he fitted that DashCam within 20 minutes.
Clearly a valued member of staff and Halfords really should consider him a great asset!

I will never shop at this store again as long as I live! The customer service was absolutely horrific and this was from the deputy manager! My bike wasn't fixed properly, and i wasn't even given an apology absolutely disgusting.

Unreliable Service and Poor Customer Support
I placed an order with Halfords using the click & collect service, but when I went to collect it, I was given the wrong (and much cheaper) item instead of what I had actually paid for. When I raised this issue in-store, I was told the correct product was not in stock. I then contacted customer care, only to be told they also had no solution to the problem.
This is completely unacceptable ? I paid for a specific product, and instead was handed something different, with no effort made to resolve the mistake. The whole experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and has left me feeling misled.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend Halfords to anyone looking for reliable service or customer care.

I had such a good experience today at Halfords, a gentleman called Darren fixed my chip in the windscreen, we had a good old chat, and explained to me the process so I understood! Would recommend going! And would definitely go back if I needed another chip fixing!

Wiper blades could not be fitted no refund offered so £9 waisted I?ll fit them myself but the lad did try may as well of gone to the dealership
