Last experience wasn't so good. But today if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Food was so warm like it was just taken out of bakery. Even if they didn't had full set of steak beaks call was fast and pleasant delivery even faster than expected

It's ok, but I wish they would empty their bins a bit more often!
Most of the staff there are very friendly & helpful, sometimes they could do with an extra pair of hands!

95% certain the last vegan sausage roll I got here was a meat one. It was the last one on the tray and it looked a bit different than normal, but I trusted them. It tasted a bit funny and they didn't put it in the vegan bag. When I went to the applegreen greggs the other day you could see the difference in the pastry design and then I was certain the Spalding centre greggs probably couldn't be bothered cooking more vegan sausage rolls, so they grabbed a regular one and put it in the vegan section. Also the woman was happy; Greggs workers are never happy. I'm pretty sure she was an alien or robot or something.

shock, this is the first time for me. I understand that maybe someone didn't have time to go to the break and ate 3 pieces of pepperoni from my pizza. Why doesn't the seller look at the product? It's just unperturbed, how can they treat their customers? Please respect the customers, I paid my money for the food and the seller doesn't even look at the product. This is terrible. Where are the other 3 pieces of pepperoni?

Can get very busy but the staff are extremely efficient and friendly which keeps the queue moving at a reasonable pace without rushing people. Good selection of drinks and food, staff are always happy to freshly prepare something if it has gone from the shelves. The inside is spacious with seating both at the front and the back. Toilets are locked and do require a code to be used, I believe this is because they are reserved exclusively for Greggs customers which is a great initiative.

This Greggs was busy and had run out of bacon for the baguette. Apart from that everything else was great.
