We have recently been to fenland carpets and flooring as we had short notice on our new build property. Nick was helpful from the minute we walked in, talking us through the whole process and getting us booked in last minute. Very good quality material and 10/10 customer service. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to use these guys.??

Very impressed with this local company and customer service. Came out quickly to give a quote, they were very helpful when we visited the showroom to pick a carpet. Carpet was ready to fit after a week of ordering but we weren't ready for it to be fitted so they held onto the carpet until we called them to arrange the fitting which was only a few days later and was fitted promptly and professionally. Would definitely recommend for service and products and value.

Don?t use this company if you are wanting to lay LVT - I am in dispute with this company as the flooring is lifting away from the screed they laid but they are blaming the contractors who laid the floor to my conservatory and not themselves - yet I am the one out of pocket and with a gap in my flooring which they have left and are not addressing.

Have had our lounge, stairs and landing carpeted by Marc and Joshua today, really polite and efficient. So happy with a job really well done. And thanks again Ian who was our first point of contact in the shop, all round good service and came highly recommended.
