Staff are really helpful. We bought a whole set, the ladies we're very helpful and helped us pick out what we wanted.Although the set was discounted, we were given a further 10% off which was a great bonus.

Two women on the till and neither appeared to have any idea on what they were doing. Took one plate back that had chipped and refused a refund or replacement despite denby stating chip replacement. Told it was all seconds in the shop so didn't count. Absolutely no idea on customer service and appeared rude and uninterested.
