The worst experience I've ever had will never ever go back there. I spent £47 for pulled hair and headacheREPLY FOR CLARIFICATIONI was 14 minutes away and contacted the salon to let you know I was stuck in traffic and you canceled my appointment. that's probably not always the case when you're working on long hair, but it still falls under your role as a hairstylist.
