On this experience toast was excellent, service was excellent and atmosphere was excellent, we only had toast, no one else at counter and the company I was with made it even better....

I must say, not all the staff are as friendly & welcoming as others, but most are! Coffee is usually good, depending on who's making it, but overall, it's a nice place!

A lunch is advertised extensively, I point to it several times, but I don't understand the service staff's announcements well. Just school English on my part. It turns out later, using a translation app, that they don't have the packed lunch at all. In return they sell me 4 coffees for me and my wife. You wouldn't want liters of coffee, as you might have guessed...2 coffees will be returned as a gift.

Costy Costa. Had whipped caramel frape, did not look like on the pictures, small glass, no swirl, ice cubes too large, nothing special for £4.

Standard Costa menu, but place is a bit dirty. Stained tables, cobwebs, tea pots absolutely filthy inside.Dietary restrictions: Plant based milk options available
