Made me pay for my child?s prescription and then have to claim it back? stating would be fined if didn?t. Really the section on the prescription asks you this when you fill it out and that should have been enough rather than them making it a problem. That?s a prescription charge out of this months money that wasn?t necessary and now needs to be claimed back. Not the sort of response you expect from our small village pharmacy!!

5 Stars isn't enough. They truly do have wonderful staff, very understanding and always go the extra mile to help. I'm vulnerable and disabled and they have been very helpful for all members of my family who all have very complicated medication lists. They also do everything they can to prevent the spread of Covid and help the vulnerable as much as possible. We are so grateful for all their help and are so thankful to have people like this in our community. <3 x

Called in today for some cough medication for a child.Saying the assistant was condescending would be a compliment. Constant ?test her for COVID? comments. (We have). And then asking us what we?ve tried, then telling us to do what we?ve just told her we tried!Then she gave me something different to what we asked for.Rubbish.
