Absolutely shocking have to go in for a weekly prescription made to feel like a complete drug addict by EVERYONE of the staff. When there is drug addicts walking in and out for methodone and not said a word to. My daughter in law went in to get my tablets a few times and they always make her wait ages and on this occasion a member staff has stood there slagging me off saying she must be desperate. YOU have NO rights to say anything your there to do a job nothing else. Disgusting store and all the staff are very rude in regular occasions to me and other patients

Had grandmother's prescription a week ago but didn't tell her till 3pm sat that they couldn't fill it. When it was to late to do anything. Now she's out of pills and there's no alternative so will probably have to have a liver transplant. Thanks boots

Went in to buy some cough medicine. Waited 10 minutes to be seen but none of the 3 members of staff bothered to come and serve me, just chatted amongst themselves instead. I walked out and went somewhere else.
