Thank you to the pharmacist who assisted me with my medication. She went out of her way to help. I cannot thank you enough. Parkside Side Pharmacy, the older lady, must be Polish or Russian i don't know, but was soooo rude and arrogant. I walked out in tears. I will have Boots Pharmacy as my designated Pharmacy.

I would like to thank Anna who works on the Pharmacy in Boots, I have been to see her twice about a nasty insect bite on my right arm, she is sooooo lovely, very professional, gives great advice, so lovely to talk to, her colleagues as well are all lovely as well when I collect my prescription. I think Pharmacy's are so vital to our communitys and I will always visit them instead of ringing my Doctor, unless of course its an emergency, I really do recommend using your local Pharmacy for advice, they are wonderful. Thank you Anna. ??

I went to the pharmacist as I had a sore lip, which was getting red and sore. She recommended sudocream. It worked almost overnight. Thank you. Saved me a lot of worry.

Went into boots in Spalding on Sunday the 8/2/24 to buy my partner a bottle of Prada paradox intense perfume, I asked a lady where the perfume department was and she said it's in the same place it always has been, I thought wow how rude, and then the young lady that served me couldn't of looked and acted more uninterested and rude, what on earth has happened to Boots, I will not be going in there again,

All the advice about using the pharmacy to ease pressure on the doctors.. Went in today for a blood pressure check. Explained I needed it for hospital before I go in for surgery.. Told by the young lady to go to the doctor's. They are not there to monitor blood pressure, but to detect it in people who have not yet been diagnosed with it.

Clueless staff popped in around lunchtime to be told the pharmacy was closed and unsure if it opens at 1pm or 1.30! Asked if a product is stocked in the pharmacy as checked on line and said available at Boots but could not tell me if they stocked it and to call back at 1.30. Popped across the road to another pharmacy store bought the said item job done in 5 minutes! Boots sort yourselves out, overpriced and overrated
