Visited to get wall emulsion for a feature wall to match blinds. Could not find exact shade but was going to get closest colour mixed. Mike very helpfully scanned my blind swatch and mixed a tester pot. It was a perfect match so also bought a tin. So helpful and informative. My perfect colour now uniquely saved under my name. Brilliant customer service, thank you

Very unhelpful staff with a couldn't careless attitude and a response of not our problem, tried to return calor gas cylinder told they've changed suppliers so will not give back deposits and are not obligated to take help and take back cylinder. Thank goodness there are other places to shop at.
