Ark was totally amazing from start to finish and I couldn?t quite believe it when I sold after only being on the market for 4 days and to the first viewing! The Ark Team kept me posted at all times via emails and calls, they were all super helpful and friendly. I?m so pleased that I chose Ark, it was the best decision I made that?s for sure. I would defiantly recommend anyone wanting to sell to get in touch with them. ??
I just wished the property I had purchased had been with these guys too as let?s say the experience I had with the other company was pants and that?s putting it politely!
So make the right decision and check the reviews on all Estate Agents!!

We were only on the market with Ark for 6 days. In that time we had 2 viewings and accepted an offer of the asking price! Allowing us to move quickly and buy the property we were hoping for.

If I had the option for 10 stars ? I would give it. Amazing customer service from Toby. Really passionate about his job. On property viewings will give you the answers to any questions, if he can't answer there and then will find the answer and either call you or email you them. Pleasant, will give options and ideas at the property. No rushing everything is calm and enjoyable. Can't give enough praise to him and the Ark property team.

Ark have been superb throughout our sale. From the beginning we had many viewings, sold quickly with negotiations being dealt with within a few hours. Emily at Ark was incredible! My partner and I have just purchased our first home and unfortunately we had a rubbish solicitor who offered no support, but thankfully, we had Emily supporting us each step of the way. She went above and beyond to ensure our purchase went as smoothly as possible, including chasing each party involved, she was fantastic at efficient and clear communication, and even offered moral support when we hit a few bumps in the road.
