I was a very nervous overweight 50 year old when I first stepped through the doors of Zone Fitness in Sleaford in the beginning of Ma
I was immediately made to feel welcome by Dan who showed me around and arranged an induction for me.
In the four months I?ve been coming I?ve lost 22 pounds and for the first time in my life I have visible actual muscle definition. I cried when I saw them ?
Thank you to all the staff and regulars at Zone Fitness for helping me fall in love with fitness and making the gym feel an inclusive and welcoming space for literally every BODY.

Excellent 24-hour gym. Great selection of equipment and classes are included in the £29.99 monthly fee. There is plenty of free onsite parking, too. The gym caters for all, whether you are just needing physio type exercise or heavy free weights / equipment.

Absolutely the best place to workout. The staff are incredibly kind, knowledgeable and welcoming. The facilities are top notch - there are always new bits of kit invested in. Couldn?t recommend higher.

I've only been a member for two weeks but very impressed so far. Plenty of equipment to choose from, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and the 24 hour access is a huge plus.
