They are not interested in getting stuff carried out unless it's in their favour. As an estate agent they have no interest in the wellbeing of people living in their houses. All the issues that we get they blame it on the landlord and say there's nothing we can do, they don't take any responsibility for the house which is under their duty of care. They don't own my property but it's still under their duty of care as they're our letting agent. We have damp and problems with the electric and show no interest in sorting it out, they're telling us to sort it out ourselves. They all act nice and friendly and act like they want to help but they still refuse to solve our issues. Before when we've had problems we get told they're getting it sorted but then it's left for over a year and a half.

I selected Wisemove after interviewing several agents, as my situation (selling remotely from USA), was a little unusual. I was very impressed in talking with Adrian for his knowledge and personal interest in selling my house, vs the "sales reps" of other larger companies. His pricing guidance was in line with others, and he had great advice on how to best market the house. We had an offer immediately ( no need for a "for sale" sign ), and closed in six weeks. The team at Wisemove were supporting all along the way - even stopping by the house to check all was OK whilst it was empty. All in all a great experience, couldn't be happier !

I have been with Wisemove Letting agents for over 20 years. Their service is excellent keeping me and my tenants up to date with any communications. They respond quickly to emails and phone calls. Their advice has always been extremely accurate. They are highly professional and are interested in the tenants and me as a landlord. I can recommend them with any hesitation.
