Mattress has now become defective. We haven't even had it five years. It's also still under the five year warranty aswell.
I'm Autistic and my partner has suffered two heart attacks, we also have anxiety and depression, so it's very vital we get our sleep. We're constantly waking up with a painful neck, pain in our back and legs.
When they came out to inspect the mattress, we found that one of them to be very rude and patronising.
Straight away he was picking faults with the mattress, trying to pass the blame onto us.
We haven't mistreated the mattress. We've looked after it with always using a mattress protector from the word go.
We find he's fobbing us off. And he doesn't have good customer facing skills.
If they keep fobbing us off, then we will be going along the legal route.
It's the last thing we need, we don't need anymore stress, especially with my partner suffering two heart attacks.
Avoid these at all costs!!

A real find this one, tucked away, just off the road and on an industrial estate. Full of Beds, furniture, bedding etc. Lovely friendly staff too.

Excellent experience all round. Polite, friendly staff, plenty of choices, with good advice. Bed was delivered yesterday as promised and I had a great nights sleep. I've paid more for a single mattress from a chain store than I have for this whole bed and this is way more comfortable. Thanks ??

Do not buy from this company!!It is called FGS furnishing. Look at there reviews online first before you place an order and part with your money.Bought two mattresses 10 weeks ago which they were unable to deliver asked for money to be refunded and now keep being fobbed off with different excuses.

Ordered a silentnight mattress on Sunday evening, nice chap phones next morning to arrange delivery. Mattress delivered by 9am Tuesday morning, very well packaged in cardboard box and plastic wrapper. Awesome customer experience, thank you!!!!!

Excellent personalised experience; really listened to our issues with our current mattress and recommended to fit our circumstances. Once we had found something we liked, recommended coming back to have a longer lie on it on a better day pain/energy wise. Really appreciated that advice and option; having returned and spent a while on our favourite mattress today we are having it delivered on Thursday. Absolutely delighted.

We asked salesman Matthew Burch for a 200x140cm mattress, he sold us a mattress within a few minutes, price £339.00, without mentioning that the mattress is only 190x136.5cm. Returning the mattress the next morning he didn?t want to refund a single penny. What a fraud, unbelievable. Sales figures top, customer service not available, now in touch with trading standards.

Rest Assured 2000 pocket, firm mattress.. a great deal, delivered promptly and very comfortable .. (update, after a few weeks now, spectacularly comfortable!)

Terrible.. shop elsewhere.. paid for a mattress told me it would be delivered Wednesday took the day of work and waited all day for nothing... so I rang them and they said they never had that one in stock.. and I would after wait 3 weeks.. then said its ok we have this one in stock.. after telling them no its fine ill just get a refund as its not the one I ordered he said fine refund done.. then 2 days later they tried delivering a mattress completely different to the one I ordered.. so I then rang them back and all they keep saying is the guy thats sorting it isn't in today.. can I ring you back.. nobody has ever rang back and its been 10days.. finally spoke to the guy and he said its been refunded should have it soon... so I rang PayPal and there's no refund pending whatsoever.. the customer service is shocking.. they all just make noises and tap buttons and mumble nonsense down phone.. shop elsewhere there cowboysMatthew is the cheif mumble mouth button basher he needs sackingOne star is way to much
