I mislaid a card at the Sleaford store on 12/08/25. Realising this I went back to the store at 2130 that night. Alison and Linda helped me to find the lost item and generally provided great customer service.

I do my family shop early on a Saturday morning. For the last few weeks the shelves have been empty on certain groceries and the staff who are in the process of stocking the shelves are too busy chatting to each other. Few of the staff are friendly and the stock is continually being moved around making it more time consuming to complete my shop. I shop there as it opens early and that is the only reason!

I love Tesco's for food shopping but more needs to be done about managing the cars who block other shoppers from parking in and out of spaces safely. Why do so many selfish drivers block people and long queues of cars trying to get in and out of the car park between 3.45pm and 4.30pm. It's getting worse.
The manager just watches the chaos.

One or two older staff at the ?tobacco? till are very miserable. Toilets are v dirty and it?s not a big enough store for the area

Absolutely diabolical customer service 18.30 Saturday 15th June 2024. One till open and the till manager wasn?t bothered think they were trying to see how long they could get people to wait. I advise giving this store a miss

I like to shop here in the early morning when there are no problems with parking. The staff are always friendly and there is a good choice of things that I like.
