Do not deal with Ellie she is totally clueless. She told me I could not cancel my contract after ten days and intimated my iPad was broken and therefore that was the issue. However James came to our rescue and correctly stated it was 14 days. Weekends do not count. Contract cancelled when I got home I spoke to Apple who stated that the issue was not with my iPad or me but the poor advice I had received so well done James you get 5 stars Ellie get a new job because this one is not for you. If I could give you less than one star I would. I'm very upset

Such a great service provider change over experience. No pressure to add anything or to change to their services. It was a very nice transaction, I wish I could give more stars than 5.

I called in for advice about changing my phone contractI was very unhappy about the attitude of the sales person as he obviously didn?t want to help me in anyway at allHe wasn?t busy and so did have plenty of time to help me but I got the feeling he just didn?t want to knowI visited Fonehouse in Sleaford today and what a difference in their attitudes - helped me with what I needed and couldn?t do enoughI certainly will not be getting a phone from Tesco mobile anytime in the future
