Lots of assistants packing shelves on my visit, 3 along the same aisle making looking for what you want difficult. Didn't find what I was looking for and assistants packing shelves were too busy packing and chatting to notice. Their loss as I went to boots instead!

First time I have ever been refused my nhs discount today. Had my blue light card but was firmly told this was not accepted anymore. Quite rude service, really disappointed, been a customer for years.

Superdrug get 5 stars because of the huge variety of cruelty free products, and unlike Boots they haven't been caught up in a tax scandal. Superdrug v Boots? Superdrug every time. Their own brand products are very effective and priced well. Staff in the Sleaford branch are really lovely and friendly too.
