Such friendly and professional staff on all levels. They make you feel safe in theirs hands. Although I did not need new glasses at this time, because I was referred for laser treatment on one of my eyes after my cataract replacement, the pairs I have at present I am happy with which were provided by this branch. Will definitely be going back for my check-up once my laser treatment done.

Fantastic experiance from booking through to choosing glasses after our eye test.
I would highly recommend optomitrist Emma at the sleaford store. She made us feel at ease and explained everything to a level that we could understand. So much so i have recommended her to famiky and friends.

Staff are very welcoming and store is always clean and tidy, I use sleaford store for my glasses, sunglasses contact lens and hearing care, so I visit the store quite often and I have never had a complaint, highly recommended. Pop in and see these very pleasant staff.
